Can I cancel my order?
You may only cancel your order if it hasn't already shipped. Please contact sachettishop@gmail.com with your name and order number as soon as possible.
Do you offer exchanges?
All sales are final. I can not offer exchanges unfortunately.
Can I update my address?
Yes, as long as your order has not already shipped! Please respond to your order confirmation email or contact me at sachettishop@gmail.com with your name, order number, and updated shipping address as soon as possible. Once your order leaves my hands, I am unable to make any changes.
Where do you ship to?
I ship worldwide from the US!
How long will it take my order to ship?
It is entirely dependent on if I'm home from tour or not. If I am, you can expect them to ship within 2-5 days of purchase. If I'm on tour, you will have to wait until I get home. Check our tour schedule by clicking HERE!
What if my package is lost or stolen?
I am not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged after it leaves my possession. However, please contact me with your issue and I'll do my best to help you come to a solution.
What happens if my package is returned to sender?
Customer is responsible for the costs of re-shipping if the package gets returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
